When I first went to Kai-Yun I could neither tie my shoes nor put on socks. My back was giving me lots of pain and I could hardly get up or down with the aid of a cane. Though I refused to take prescription meds I was taking plenty of ibuprofen against my better judgment. I am very counter-culture–I believe in the power of acupuncture and I believe in Kai-Yun. Maybe that explains my total recovery– that plus daily exercises. At any rate I am very grateful to Kai-Yun and I am pleased to recommend her. Incidentally I will turn 79 in two months and I still see her when the need arises.
