Please note that payment is required in full at the time of service, as I do not participate in insurance plans. However, I do accept FSA and HSA (Flex dollar) cards, along with major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash for your convenience.
For those with out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a coded superbill upon request. This document can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement according to your plan’s coverage policies. Feel free to inquire about this option during your visit.

Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment is dedicated solely to your care. To ensure smooth operation and accommodate other patients, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide such notice or a no-show will incur a fee of $60, which will be added to the charges of your subsequent session.
Please note that fees will only be waived in cases of emergencies, inclement weather, or cancellations due to illness. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our scheduling system.
